    Make sure everyone is safe

    If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first. Move to a safe place and, if you can, take steps to prevent further damage.

    Collect the details

    A few things make the claim faster:

    • Your policy number
    • Date, time and location
    • Photos of the damage
    • Contact and insurance details of anyone involved
    • Any police or collision report number

    Report it

    Call us at 1-877-566-6867, or call your insurer's 24/7 claims line if it's after hours. If you've been involved in an accident, even if there are no injuries, you may still need to report it at a Collision Reporting Centre.
